My name is Olivia and I have the pleasure of owning Glamour!
Glamour was born from a long-time desire to start and own my own business and designed to capture all things organic. Every small detail of this space has been handpicked and curated to bring our clients the utmost relaxation and spa-like feel. I love doing all hair services for my clients, but more importantly, I love every conversation I have in my chair with them. It is the greatest privilege to not only make them look and feel beautiful, but to walk through life with them. If I am not at the salon, you will find me spending quality time with my daughter and husband, hosting dinner parties or on a long walk. Thank you for checking out our business!

We value your time just as much as we value ours! We understand that emergencies can happen but if for any reason you need to cancel your appointment, we require 48 hours minimum for canceling any appointment. If it is less than 48 hours, we reserve the right to charge 50% of the service total. We require a credit card to be on file when booking any appointments.

If it is your first time receiving any service from us, we ask that you come no later than 10 minutes before your appointment. Please note that arriving late to any appointment will interfere with your service, making it not as effective as you desire. If you are 30 minutes late, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment and reserve the right to charge 50% of the scheduled service.

We strive to keep a peaceful, relaxing environment! Please turn the ringer off on your phone and do not answer phone calls in any room of our salon and spa. If there is an emergency, you may step outside to take the phone call.
If you are ever unsatisfied with a service, we must hear from you within one week of your appointment date. We are more than happy to accommodate you and help you get to your goal!

All product sales are final, and we do not offer refunds for purchased items. However, if a pump or cap is defective or breaks, we are happy to provide a replacement for you. Thank you for understanding and supporting our policies.

Children must be 12 years or older to receive hair services with us. Children must be 16 years or older to receive any spa services and must be accompanied by an adult until the age of 18. We ask that children do not accompany parents into the salon and spa for their appointments. We want you to be as relaxed as possible during any service or treatment times.

We want to make sure that you are always as comfortable as possible! If you have any pre existing conditions, are pregnant, or have any disabilities, please let our receptionist know so that she can schedule you accordingly and let your service provider know before hand.
